STUFF I RECCOMEND (affiliate links)

I'd recommend either one of these printers as a intro printer into 3d printing.  Do some research and decide if you want to go with FILAMENT OR RESIN.  (FILAMENT printer I use for my Giant TMNT) (RESIN has better detail but generally smaller build volume plus need for 99%isopropyl acohol for clean up and UV curing)

FILAMENT AND RESIN I USE

Finding quality filaments and resins is one of the most frustrating parts of getting into 3d printing.  I use both of these products below and they work very well.  Make sure to always store filament and resin in a cool dry location.  Shake Resin before pouring into your vat.
